The compensation shall be subject to the individual agreement entered into between TIGERAIR TAIWAN CO., LTD. and the Crewmember.

National Holiday Work Policy:200% daily pay+ 1 day compensatory leave
Taxation As per R.O.C tax law, 13-21%, subject to number of dependents and pay
