Note
Monthly Meal and Transportation Allowance: Program I & II & III & IV RMB 8,000 / Program V RMB 6,000
No-base Allowance: Pilots selecting no-fixed-base receive USD 500 Month subsidy
Instructor Allowance:
USD 500/month if pilot is assigned and trained as type A/B/C instructor by Air Guilin
Health Insurance:
Health insurance is provided in accordance with Airline policy
Legal dependents (spouse, children) are eligible to join and be covered
Loss of license Insurance:
Loss of License insurance is provide in accordance with Airline policy
Education Benefit:
Program I & II & III & IV USD 1000/month per child (age 3-22) enrolled in a Chinese education facility, up to 2 children
Flight Tickets:
Discounted tickets available for pilot and family on the airlines domestic flights
Remarks
Ground Training Salary:
For the first 60 days from the reporting date, the pilot shall be paid USD 9,000 as monthly salary. (USD 12,000/month if holding CAAC license)
Line training Salary:
From 61 days joining the airline onward/the date of commencement of line training (whichever occurs first), and until the pilot is assigned as a solo Captain, the pilot shall be paid 80% of the monthly salary.
If the ground training is delayed and exceeding 60 days due to any reason caused by the pilot him/herself (failure of training…etc), the training salary will remain as USD 9,000/month until he/she completes the ground training and commenced line training.
From the date the pilot is assigned as a solo Captain, the pilot shall be paid 100% of the monthly salary.
