Requirements
- Flight Hours

400+ hours civil aviation co-pilot experience

Remarks
Annual Leave
Start from 22 calendar days / year (Entitlement commences three months after the first operational flight), accrued with seniority to up to 42 days.
Days Off
Non-commuting contract: 8 days off / month
Commuting contract: on top of 8 BDO( block days off ) each month, pilots will be scheduled few days off in the intervals of duties (per calendar year BDO + DO =116~117 days off)
Taxation As per R.O.C tax law, 13-21%, subject to number of dependents and pay
Pension Subject to R.O.C Labor Standard Law
Probation Six months from first operational flight
Annual Salary Increment For a pilot that performs satisfactory service, at the discretion of the Airline, he/she will be granted a salary increment according to the Airline’s pilot pay scale at the end of the 13th month after his/her first operational flight. This increment may be cancelled or delayed if the Airline is in a serious financial difficulty and freeze of salary increment is implemented to all Airline employees.
